A screen-matched Moonbase Alpha control panel from the sci-fi television series Space: 1999. Flashing panels decorated one wall of the command centre throughout the second series. The configuration of the buttons can be matched to several episodes and publicity photos, including one of Commander John Koenig ( Martin Landau ) and Mentor ( Brian Blessed ).

Adhered to a wooden base, the light grey acrylic panel is decorated with several buttons, white-painted numbers and decals. There are several small, blue-and-red-colored textured plastic sections, which once flashed on and off. The panel's electronics remain untested. Three of the buttons along the top edge have been replaced and adhered with Blu-Tack. Dimensions: 29.5 cm x 59.5 cm x 10 cm ( 11" x 23" x 4" ).
