A life size Cornelius ( Roddy McDowall ) replica from Franklin J. Schaffner's Planet of the Apes, created by Make-Up & Monsters. Cornelius, alongside his fiance Zira ( Kim Hunter ), discovered that George Taylor ( Charlton Heston ) was actually intelligent after believing for years that humans were incapable of intelligence.

This display consists of brown synthetic hair ape mannequin with brown painted resin hands and matching face with acrylic eyes. It is dressed with a brown wool undershirt and a matching two piece green polyester and leather costume with rubber details on the chest and arms, as well as rubber shoes sculpted in the shape of chimpanzee feet. The mannequin is posed holding a pair of typed pages and comes mounted on a black wooden base display. Dimensions: 32" x 21" x 73" ( 81.5 cm x 53.5 cm x 185.5 cm ).
