This is the original working battery-operated "Seeing Eye" pendant worn by actor Jonathan Harris ( Dr. Smith ). The pendant measures 6 inches in diameter, painted gold with a white transparency in the center. Small micro switch on the bottom activates the backlit eye. This prop can be seen clearly in the Lost in Space episode "Cave of the Wizards" and comes with an 8 in. x 10 in. signed photograph of Jonathan Harris, as well as a typed letter signed by Harris, dated January 17, 1967, in which he donates the piece to the Treasure Island Odditorium in Denton Texas. "I am sending you a 'memento' of my part as Dr. Smith in Lost in Space. It is a magic pendant which I worn on the show.

Please note that the 'eye' lights up & blinks ( the switch is on the bottom of the pendant and the back is so constructed that the batteries may be changed when necessary ). "An excellent piece with fantastic provenance.
