Lost in Space custom Jupiter-2. A 12" Polar Lights Model Kit with lights in the six freeze-tubes & power-core with mini B9-Robot & cut-out leg-wells, landing-gear does not retract. Lights in power-core blink / Lights in freeze-tubes stay steady. Even without lights this model display beautifully.

The control couches have been changed to the authentic seats. Landing-gears have been expertly cut-out & extended with steel-poles for more realism & been steel-puttied into place for secure construction. Also the distinctive circle-pattern on landing-wells has been painted to match the Jupiter-2 on the show. Exterior painted silver to match the Original 60's TV-Show B+W Season. Jupiter-2 center top lifts-off to view interior no bottom level.

Scratch-built-parts:

The Gyroscope red-ball has been cut-out & inserted with minature-parts as opposed to the flat wall in kit. A model like this is hard to come by at this price takes hours to evolve. Lights run on 8-pak AA-Battery Unit where power-wire runs down back of one Jupiter-2 leg thur back-bottom of display stand to the battery-unit which sits under display stand not noticable. On-off switch on side of display-stand. Display-Stand 11x14 inches.
