My Bio:

I am a graduate of The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, (GPA 3.9) studied Industrial Design Technology and received an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology.

My interests include science fiction artwork, realistic model building and design. Unfortunately in my area this does not equate to sustainable employment, so I operate my own architectural design and rendering business. "Donaldson Design & Illustration" I am currently residing in Fort Myers Florida and plan to relocate back in the Pittsburgh area in the coming month. Here I hope to operate my business and offer the same design services to companies all over the country.

My experience includes and is never limited to: Conceptual rendering, Advanced mold making, Sculpting, AutoCAD, 3D computer design, Image manipulation, Architectural precast design, Detailed modeling, and general gadget building!

My spare time includes artwork depicting scenes and crafts from all the classic TV science fiction that seemed to have gained a resurgence in popularity with the advent of release on DVD.

The Spindrift is the first in a series of original cutaway drawings using the readily available blueprints showing the interior details. The original size is 22" x 17", 400 DPI, 232.4M detailed in Photoshop. An un-mounted printed copy on quality paper sells for $45.00 w/$5.00 S/H to anywhere in the continental United States.
