Colonial Viper Master Pattern / Buck used to Create the Mold to Make the Screen Miniatures from Battlestar Galactica ( Universal TV, 1978-1979 ). Vintage original Viper Fighter hull pattern created by Apogee, Inc. constructed of solid cast resin with front nose cone section and 3-integral rear engines. Painted in primer gray, this fuselage, cockpit and engine segment does not have fins or wings, as those elements were created by a separate respective master pattern/buck. This master pattern / buck was molded, and the resulting mold is what created every Viper miniature of the Sci-Fi series. Exhibiting age, production wear and rubbing to paint. A small piece of the top edge of the spacecraft nose is broken off.

Value: $1,000.
