Guaranteed original and authentic alien prop from "The Dark Outpost" episode of the hit 1960's TV Show, The Invaders.

Flat-mounted Alien Control Console from The Invaders. (ABC-TV, 1967-68) This console is made of silver-painted wood with clear lexan knobs and tubes, designed to be illuminated from within the housing. Just beneath the lexan pieces are two needle gauges and two small toggle switches. An electrical cord exits from the side of the piece, which most certainly powers the internal lights (it is not known if the prop still functions). Used in several episodes, including "Dark Outpost" as the control console on which rotated a green Plexiglas disc.

Also used in episode "Counter Attack" as a power pack for the large Ray Gun. Console measures 19 1/2 in. x 17 in. x 7 in. deep. From the collection of Invaders special effects master Thol Simonson who worked this show and many other great sci-fi series and movies.

A fabulous, rare and important prop from one of the great science-fiction TV shows of the 1960's. Comes with COA from the Museum of Mom and Pop culture.
