STAR WARS ORIGINAL COUNT DOOKU STUNT LIGHTSABER

Christopher Lee "Count Dooku" Stunt Lightsaber from Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones ( TCF, 2002 ). Original lightsaber prop used for dueling sequences in Episode II. Crafted of urethane resin with inserted metal threaded rod and expertly painted to detail in silver, black with gold accents with red activator button near the bottom cast in red urethane. In the Star Wars canon, Count Dooku ( Lee ) studied Jedi archives and designed his unique curved hilt to suit his precise and controlled combat style. In Episode II, Dooku defeats Obi-Wan Kenobi (Ewan McGregor) and Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen) in a lightsaber duel on Geonosis before being bested by Yoda and fleeing the scene. Measures 13" and exhibits production wear with light scuffing to paint, including wear to area around the threaded rod where the FX "blade" was rigged for dueling on the set ( rod not included ). Originally acquired from a crew member from the film and includes a detailed LOA from Dave Nagel who created the lightsabers on Episode II.
