Starfleet Helmet from Star Trek: The Motion Picture ( Paramount, 1979 ). Original Starfleet helmet constructed of a repurposed helmet shell painted white with vacuum-formed chin guard in grey. Features a painted Starfleet logo at the forehead, with neoprene and foam neck liner for the comfort of the wearer. Black rubber gasket frames the visor with loose plexiglass behind. The interior of the helmet retains adhesive remnants. Measuring 13" x 10.5" x 11". Exhibiting wear and some chipping and cracking.
