JUDGE DREDD BRISCO'S ORIGINAL COSTUME |
Updated: April 11, 2026
Judge Brisco's ( Lex Daniel) costume from Danny Cannon's dystopian action film Judge Dredd. Rookie Judge Brisco was shot and wounded while trying to police a block war.
This ensemble was conceived by legendary fashion designer Gianni Versace. It comprises a foam padded and acrylic visored fiberglass Judge helmet; a zip-up polyblend jacket; a polyester bodysuit; a pair of leather boots; a rubber utility belt with false pouches and an acrylic vacuum formed holster; a pair of leather gloves; a pair of foam rubber knee pads; a vacuum formed plastic, rubber and fiberglass shoulder piece with a "Brisco" gold colored metal badge at the left shoulder; and a matching polyester blend codpiece. Many of the items are embellished with metal, gold accented accoutrements and buckles, and foam rubber and resin detailing.
The helmet, jacket, armor, bodysuit, knee pads and right bracer all feature printed labels that read "Alexis Daniel 06023 Briscoe Judge Dredd". The left bracer's printed label reads "Stunt double 06025", the jacket's label reads "Alexis Daniel 06320 Briscoe Judge Dredd", and a label in the left glove reads "Street Judge 06032 size 9 1/2 Judge Dredd", alongside "2 Take 10 for 109" handwritten in black ink.
The ensemble exhibits wear from production use and age, including scratches to the metal sections.
Value: $10,000.
