This is not a manufactured item, but put together by someone more competant than Dr. Smith. It's voice box flashes when you talk (controlled manually with finger switch), and it's head flashes multiple colors. Battery operated. Similar to the B-9 Robot.

For teens to adults! I saw this item on eBay and really got a laugh outta this. It's amazing what fans think of, and create with a little odds and ends around the house.
