Dr. Smith wears her stolen spacesuit with life support system while escaping the Resolute colony ship in the Jupiter-2 spacecraft and landing with Don West on a nearby planet in "Impact" ( S1, E1 ). She wears her spacesuit again while helping to navigate the spacecraft through a narrow reef passage on an oceanic planet in "Shipwrecked" ( S2, E1 ).

The complete ensemble includes an bodysuit jacket, pant, boots, accessories, wrist communications device prop, life support chest piece, life support backpack, and helmet. The bodysuit is made of up to nine different types of fabric and includes a rubberized printed pattern on lycra throughout the pieces. The backpack opens up with magnets to reveal the electronics and battery that powers the lights and fan in the suit.

The light up features include center front points and bars on the chest, side-helmet flashlights, and illumination bars inside the helmet at the neck and across the plexi dome. Additionally, the illuminated bar across the inside of the plexi can manually move up and down along the dome roughly two inches. The helmet locks in place to the shoulder piece with a sliding, functional latch, which must be in place for the electronics to work. Included in this listing are an extra battery and charger. Note that slight warping to the plastic dome prevents it from fitting tightly into the helmet rim.
