This mask is custom made from a mold from the original Creature from the Black Lagoon mask. It is much more detailed than any versions of the Don Post masks.

A company that has the rights to produce these lifesize heads in a foam filled bust made one for me without the foam filling so that it can actually be worn as a mask. The mask is pain stakingly hand airbrushed and looks like The Creature is fresh from the water. The mask has specially painted "fish eyes" that look much better than the photo shown.

All I can say is the paint job on the mask is 100% better than I expected. It is much more "fishy". The gills look like actual fish gills and the mask includes the partial shoulders.
