Batman's Batsuit costume from Batman & Robin. Batman wore the latest solid-color iteration of his standard Batsuit throughout the film before donning an upgraded arctic suit in the finale.

This dark blue costume consists of a foam latex cowl with pointed ears, a sculpted angular brow, loops for attaching to the bodysuit, and an oval for the emblem to attach to labeled with the principal performer's initials and "4;" black neoprene and dark blue foam-latex two-piece bodysuit with a recess in the chest for an emblem to be inserted; a latex cape with two cape fasteners; a urethane and nylon belt with a buckle featuring the Bat Emblem; a pair of leather and polyurethane gloves with resin fins; and a pair of leather and polyurethane boots with Bat Emblems near the tops. The gloves, belts, and boots are all marked for stunt performers, while the bodysuit is marked "BM-4-HERO-BM."

Some areas of the foam latex in the cowl have hardened or deteriorated due to age; sympathetic restoration and stabilization has been undertaken to improve the aesthetic and stabilize the piece. The restoration was performed in a sympathetic manner only where necessary and involved patching the foam latex and paint-blending the repaired area. The specific areas of the cowl affected were the edges of the shoulder bib, the area below the left eye, and the lower part of the back side of the cowl. The ears exhibit minor curving and the tips are missing. The rest of the costume, including the bodysuit and cape, are in good overall condition, with some drying to the cape, most notably around the bottom edges. This costume is currently dressed on a custom-made suit display stand; the display stand will be included.
