| Wow., another birthday here? January 11th 2009 marks our 8th year here
on the internet. Also strange our birthday falls on our weekly update
too! It's amazing we just keep going., going., and going too. Kinda
feel like that motorize bunny with the drum thing? I think you would
all agree our website is indeed very special and one-of-a-kind. It
is more than just posting endless photos, info, and trivia. It is the
fans and collectors that contribute to our site that makes us different
than all those other websites out there. This has been a sad year loosing some special people too. Such as., Charlelton Heston, Paul Newman, Eartha Kitt, Forrest J. Ackermen, and recently Bob Wilkins. High gas prices, many people loosing there homes, and many lay-offs with work, and companies going out of business. We see the end of a long 2 term President George W. Bush, and our first black American President Obama takes office January 17th. Our new President has much work ahead of him, and this country continues to struggle through hard-times. We look forward to a brighter year, and our website will continue to strive to bring the best to the internet, and to your homes. I am very excited on the new artwork that will be presented in the months ahead too. Artist, MJ Bivouac will delight us all with his new and fresh ideas when it comes to Irwin Allen fantasy. We will continue to do our bi-monthly "Uncle Odie's" award contest. Keep you posted on news and updates of upcoming merchandise, and other items of interest along the way. I thank you all for your support, specially Kirk Roderick! Without Kirk., my dreams would only be sitting in my hard-drive here! The very best in 2009!
