Please Note:
AOL Homrtown has been shut down. Several good LIS
fan pages were on there; they are available now only in archive format.
Geocities shut down its services this October. A
lot of LIS based web pages were on Geocities. Most were archived
on archive.org; a few were not. I had tried contacting all of the
websites owners who were on Geocities, to let me know if they planned on
moving to other servers. I didn't get any replies. The old
websites may still be out there on other servers, but if so they haven't
shown up yet on search engines.
I should note that I have left off a few of the old
Geocities pages that are on archive, org. In all cases the pages
were very graphics intense. Archive.org is hit or miss when it
comes to graphics: sometimes they have them, and sometimes they don't.
In all cases, any pages I have left out came up as little more han blank
boxes.
The above two shutdowns have been quite devastating to
LIS pages on the web. Hopefully we won't have to deal with any
more large server shutdowns.
A wonderful service has archived most of the web pages
on the web since 1996. Web pages that I thought were lost
forever are available again. All archived pages listed
are centered. All current pages are flush with the left
margin. Please note that a lot of the links and images on
the archived pages might not work. That is why I have
listed them so they stand out.
your own favorite web pages are archived.
Special thanks to Alan Sippola for helping to find
several of the following web pages.

Observations on various elements of
LOST IN SPACE.
Why People
Hate Zachary Smith
"The guy in the above picture pisses people off. Of
course, he's supposed to. He is the villain of the 1960s
TV show, Lost in Space."
The
Jughead Zone's LOST IN SPACE page
"Lost in Space is a sitcom science fiction family
about Americas First Family in Space."
Atheist
LOST IN SPACE Fans

Lemnoc's
Phantom Family
"I've always enjoyed Lost in Space. I believe I was

aired."
Does
Good Science Fiction make Good Science?
"Last year marked one of the most significant events
that never happened in the history of space exploration.
On October 16th, 1997 the Gemini 12 left Earth for Alpha

board."

POD-
Media/LOST IN SPACE
"For me, it has remained one of the most
embarrassing science fiction series on television; the
weekly exploits of the Robinson family and their futile
attempts to return to Earth after their spaceship, the
Jupiter 2, is sabotaged by Dr. Smith were filled with
childish storylines and bad special effects."
Lost
in the Past
"The opening titles are about to roll, the spaceship
is about to take off for planets unknown, the mission
control room is teeming with people, and the date appears
on the screen in bold type. It is a year far, far in the
future: 1997."

Gay.Net's
Hunks in Space: LOST IN SPACE
"Based loosely on the Swiss Family Robinson classic,
Lost in Space, like Star Trek, only ran three seasons (1965-68),
but like a fine wine, and through the magic of
syndication, it gained in popularity only after being
bottled."
